The General Manager (GM) serves as the leader responsible for directing all day-to-day operations, financial performance, staff management, and overall guest/member experiences for Duck Lake Country Club . Working closely with the President, Treasurer, and Board of Directors , the GM will cultivate a positive culture, execute strategic growth initiatives, maintain high service standards, and work to ensure long-term operational and financial success.
